Our People

CDS doesn't run on a single line-management hierarchy. Instead, a few deliberately distinct roles — each with a clear, narrow remit — make sure that both our people and our client accounts are properly supported and led.

This section covers two related but distinct role frameworks. People support is the network of roles around every consultant: the Client Lead, who's closest to the day-to-day work, and the Advocate, who's closest to the career. Account leadership is the Client Leadership Team that leads every client account: the Account Owner, Account Delivery Lead, and Account Technical Lead.

Both networks are about making sure someone is clearly accountable for each part of the picture — for the people doing the work, and for the accounts they work on.
