Helen is CDS's Delivery Director, a delivery leader with 25 years' experience in commercial technology. Helen's track record covers transforming ways of working, developing solutions and running services through in-house teams, offshore partners and third parties, brought together with a pragmatic, straightforward approach across delivery, programme management, service management and consultancy.

In Helen's words

I've spent my career in technology, starting out as a software developer before moving into delivery and consultancy. What I enjoy most is bringing people together to solve complex problems, and helping teams, clients and organisations turn good intentions into real outcomes. I'm particularly passionate about creating environments where people can do their best work, while keeping a clear focus on the value we're delivering for users and clients.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, travelling and getting away to explore new places. I'm also partial to good food and a bit of gardening.

Background

Helen joined CDS from Burendo. There, as Head of Delivery and a member of the senior leadership team, Helen was accountable for all client delivery and commercial performance across a portfolio of more than £18m, leading around a hundred consultants. Earlier roles span Infinity Works, cap hpi (as Head of Development), Morrisons and RWE, across government, health, financial services, retail and energy, with a consistent thread of managed services, large-scale programmes and offshore partnerships.
